Kadang suatu saat ada kalanya diri merasa sedih dan gundah,hati gak tenang,resah gelisah,dan yang lebih parahnya kita ga tau kenapa hati dan perasaan kita bisa seperti itu. itu adalah hal yang wajar di alami oleh manusia yang ga pernah luput dari kesalahan.Jawaban nya hanya Allah yang tau.Hanya Allah yang tau itu kenapa hati kita seperti itu,Karena Allah maha tau akan segalanya.semua yang ada di dunia ini ga luput dari penjagaannya.
Bila hati sobat di jangkit oleh gejala seperti di atas maka cepatlah dekatkan dirimu pada Allah,karena hanya dia yang bisa menenangkan hati yang gelisah,merubah hati yang sedih jadi gembira lagi.instropeksi diri,mengadulah sepuas hati kepada Allah.Allah maha mendengar.dan ingatlah cobaan ato masalah itu ga diberikan Allah dimluar kesanggupannya,jadi yakinlah sobat pasti bisa keluar dari masalah tersebut,berdoa dan berusaha,tawakal itu intinya.
